1.All activities in our E-shops must be legal and bound to the law of 
R.O.C.  
2.Members data have to be fully complete, thereby to protect your right 
and privilege as well as to improve our service.  
3.You are required to update your member's data in members club for 
any change. You can not deny your order or refuse to pay by using 
the reason that your member's data is incorrect.  
4.Use different name to duplicate your register is prohibited.  
5.We keep strictly confidential for all our members data. You also have 
to be very careful to avoid of revealing your credit card No. and member's 
password.  
6.Any business/order on our website if formal. Once you place an order,
it means you are willing to purchase,and you will enter into a legally 
binding contract to purchase the products from our company. When you 
send out the order form, our system will send you an e-mail confirming 
the order. Within 72 hours after the e-mail is sent,please pay according 
to the way you chose the pay. Otherwise,we will consider this as a 
canceled order.Therefore,please confirm you are ordering the correct 
item first,then send out the order form. If you cancel the orders in a 
bad intention twice,your membership will be canceled for good. 
7.It is prohibited and against the law if you use fake name or invalid 
credit card to shop. We have to give warning "please do not take 
the risk by any chance".  
8.All the deals in our E-shops is based on the law of R.O.C. We reserve
the right to suit at the Taichung local court once if any dispute.  
9.If any other rule are regulate ,Member will agree the regulate of rule
